Ps4 downloads stop when i start a game

I have like 18 Mbs download, and it still took awhile but that was also because I was watching streams of it on Twitch from the PS4. Or it could be that some many people are downloading this one game that PSN is just limiting the download speed, it doesn't help that this is just shy of 50 GBs. I used the Rest Mode to increase my download.

My download kept stopping because my internet connection was dropping for say 30 seconds, I kept having to resume the damn download. Also, if your downloading something and watching something on Twitch itwill increase the time needed from like 3 hours to 9 hours or more. Liger posted Nep Nep is our goddess and savior. I'm using a homeplug for wired connection, and the damn air conditioning for some reason comes through the damn plugs so it can drop at times when the heat or cool air comes through, though it doesn't always happen.
